Why spend hours or days calling everyone on your list with an important or time-sensitive message, when you can send a voice message to everyone at the same time?
Voice messages such as phone calls or voicemail can be created and automated easily with PGi iRgent. Users can type their message like they would an email and text-to-speech (TTS) technology converts the text into a human voice. Users can select from many different voice options. Users can also record their own voice messages.
Using Premiere Global’s broadcast messaging platform, users can distribute their voice message to large groups of people simultaneously – eliminating the need to call each person individually. If a recipient doesn’t answer their phone, PGi iRgent can leave a voicemail or answering machine message. Users can also set up response preferences for recipients, enabling them to automatically collect information when they reach a person – such as “press 1 to reply ‘Yes’ or press 2 to reply ‘No’". A record of message delivery and recipient responses is automatically loaded into the user’s website for review and tracking.
Recipients also have the option to “opt out” of receiving future voice messages from you or can be transferred to a person in the organization if they want more information.
