Once your PGi PremiereCall Auditorium event is scheduled, ask your Event Manager to:

  • Send out invites via email, text message, fax and/or voicemail
  • Set up preregistration, supporting materials and web RSVPs

The Big Day

Your Event Manager will coordinate:

  • An audio check to ensure clear sound quality prior to your call
  • Preconference support and private discussion for multiple speakers
  • Custom scripted openings, introductions and closing announcements
  • Dialing out for important attendees and speaker
  • Interactive Q&As and feedback polling sessions

After the Event

Post-event reporting collects event details, including:

  • Attendee information
  • Headcounts
  • Participation data
  • Polling results
